1.Send Us Your Request
You can call or email us to send your detailed bottle request.
2.Learn Bottle Details (Capacity, Output)
Upon receiving your inquiry, our sales may contact you for more information. Capacity and other output requirement will be confirmed. A most suitable solution will be worked out for you.
3.Design / Determine Bottle Style
Send us your bottle samples. If there is no samples, send us a picture with dimensions. we will make it as close as possible as to your real bottle. This service is free. All details and request will be forwarded to our engineering department, to make the proper design.
4.Analysis the Plant Conditions
Customer shall provide factory layout, in order for us to arrange machine lining, as well as all water and air supply’s.
5.Confirm power supply voltage
Customer shall confirm local voltage and phase of the power supply, if it is not the same as Chinese standard: 3Phase, 380V, 50Hz, we need to modify electrical wire or parts on machine.
6.Design Scheme According to Requirements
After design is confirmed, we will give you a best solution. Determine which machine is best for you. We will provide a full quote with leading time, terms of payment, package, technical specifications and other relevant information.
7.Quote and Negotiate
Receiving our quote, you may be very likely to have some doubt about the price or technical details. Please do feel free to ask. When all doubts are answered, we will provide a formal purchase order.
8.Packaging and Shipping
During your order is in the production, we will regularly update your machine order status. Products will be packaged according to standard shipping criteria. Shipping documents will be provided only when all balance payment is made.
9.Provide Technical Support and After-Sales Service
-Warranty: 1 year good repair. The seller provides warranty to the machines of this contract from the date of installation. Warranty coverage and period are 12 months for whole machine mechanical part and 6 month for electrical parts from the date of installation, and machine and parts failure due to faulty parts in the machine. The seller shall not be liable for any damages due to incorrect handling, maintenance, disregarding the instructions for use service and maintenance, or due to modifications by the buyer, machine routine maintenance.
-After sale service: technician goes to your country helping install machines and train new staff upon request. The buyer is responsible for technician (and translator if required)’s two-way tickets and living expense.
